After a successful year of operations, ERA Real Estate has officially launched its operations in Costa Rica. The Grand Launch event, celebrated at the Hotel Real Intercontinental in San Jose, was attended by selected invitees from the real estate industry, government, development, and financial sectors.

“The response has been so positive, we have now five offices with trained agents, and more franchises will open soon. We are growing everyday!” said Craig Williamson, President & CEO, ERA Latin America.

Also in attendance was Rashard Gathers, Director of International Service & Operations, Realogy Corporation. “By a year ago Mr. Craig Williamson joined the ERA System, committed to develop and build a franchise network that will help prospective home buyers at the Costa Rican market, realize their dream of home ownership.” “…the ERA Costa Rica team visited United States to learn best practices for establishing the business here in Costa Rica”
